Central - AJ's North - Cave Creek Wines In-Home Tasting Gift Cert Purchase Terms: By making a reservation with Arizona Grape Escapes you agree to and acknowledge the following for all guests within your party: • Tour dates may vary and will be published at www.ArizonaGrapeEscapes.com • Prices can change without notice. • Due to increasing fuel costs, a “surcharge” may apply. • Your reservation is not secured until full payment is received. • Tour fees are non-refundable: -Reservations canceled at least 72 hours prior to tour departure will receive full credit toward a future tour. -Reservations canceled within 72 hours of tour date will forfeit any fees paid. -No refund or credit will be given to any customer who does not show up for a scheduled tour. -No refund or credit will be given to any customer who is left off a scheduled tour due to arriving late at the designated pick up site. • Tour dates may be canceled due to lack of guests. A full refund or tour credit will be provided if Arizona Grape Escapes cancels your tour. • Tour itineraries are subject to change or revision including sites visited or route changes (due to circumstances outside of our control). • I (we) are customers of Chase Entertainment, LLC (dba “Arizona Grape Escapes”) which provides guided wine tours and wine tastings (Services). I understand and agree that Arizona Grape Escapes makes no representations or warranties to me, either express or implied, regarding the Services that I may receive. It is understood and agreed that my participation in the Services is voluntary. In consideration of Arizona Grape Escapes providing these Services, I, on my own behalf, and on behalf of my heirs, executors and administrators, hereby waive all claims for injury, illness, damage, liability, loss, cost, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity suffered by my person and/or property arising out of or in any way connected to my participation in the Services against Arizona Grape Escapes. I further agree that I will hold Arizona Grape Escapes and its officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, representatives, stockholders, predecessors, successors and assigns harmless from, and I will not sue or seek to hold any of them responsible in any way for: (1) any act or omission by Arizona Grape Escapes or any person or entity not under the direct control of Arizona Grape Escapes, (2) any defect, failure or condition of any goods, services, personnel, accommodations, premises, vehicles, vessels or equipment furnished in connection with the Services, or (3) any Acts of God or any delay or cancellation of the Services for any reason, or any other event, cause or condition whatsoever. I further represent and acknowledge the following: · All members of my party are at least 21 years of age and are aware of the possible health effects of consuming alcohol. · Arizona Grape Escapes reserves the right to refuse to serve me or any member of my group if they feel the individual is intoxicated. This Waiver and Acknowledgement does not expire and shall be in effect regarding any and all Services I receive from Arizona Grape Escapes. I acknowledge and agree that I have chosen to participate in the Services after reviewing and accepting the terms of this Waiver and Acknowledgement and do so at my own risk.
